We are a team of around 15 people, made up of software developers, AI & machine learning engineers, customer success specialists and sales & marketing managers. Our office is located in the center of Rotterdam, right next to Central Station; 20 minutes from Schiphol Airport.

We develop best-in-class voice assistants (“Digital Hosts”) who answer the phone for leading Dutch enterprise companies such as ANWB, Coolblue and Eneco. As a market leader in speech technology and AI in customer service by phone, AssistYou transforms the way customers and companies interact with each other. We combine human qualities, such as creativity and empathy, with digital qualities such as virtually unlimited capacity and instant delivery. Examples of situations that we solve for our clients' customers are: no more waiting for service, no more annoying menu options, and no more customer service employees that have to ask you who you are and what you are calling for.
