As a Partner Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving IQGeo’s partner ecosystem by fostering relationships, expanding market reach, and ensuring the success of our channel partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize partner engagement, revenue growth, and joint go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with IQGeo’s channel partners, system integrators, and resellers to drive mutual business success.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip partners with the necessary training, tools, and resources to effectively position and sell IQGeo solutions.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute partner account plans, drive lead generation initiatives, and track partner performance to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Joint Go-to-Market Strategy: Work with marketing and product teams to create joint campaigns, events, and sales initiatives tailored to partner needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review partner performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Contract & Compliance Management: Ensure partner agreements are up-to-date, aligned with business objectives, and compliant with company policies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner activities with IQGeo’s business goals.

This is where we start

  • 5-8 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within B2B SaaS, GIS, telecom, or utility industries.
  • Proven track record of managing partner relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, GIS technology, and telecom/utility industry dynamics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
  • Proficiency in CRM and partner management tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong presentation skills to guide partners on IQGeo’s Network Manager capabilities, showing how it outperforms legacy GIS-based tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings, events, and training sessions.
