As the Tech Lead you are responsible for optimizing the developer experience, supporting the team to work as efficiently as possible and take technical impediments up for solving. You are responsible for maintaining the system architecture guidelines, optimize where need and drive knowledge & experience forward in the team.
Product stakeholders will look to you for clarifying technical questions. Overall you are responsible for managing the technical quality of the team deliverables. 
 
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously improve the development process which helps your team to become more productive
  • Provide architectural and design direction and be a technical sparring partner and mentor for the development team to solve software maintenance topics and new developments
  • Optimizing hosting & cloud architecture on performance, resilience needs and costing
  • Oversee, integrate and optimize the different connected services & applications we are developing and maintaining
  • Code quality assurance & PR-process owner
  • Deliver and maintain information-, data-& technical architecture documentation and support the team in this practice
  • Ensure and deliver high product quality 
  • Research and suggest new products, services, components and protocols when applicable 
  • Consult on the technical landscape at our customers and partners in order to integrate or connect with our applications 
  • Support smart automation solutions and initiatives within our organization to be embedded in our tools

  • Certified in TOGAF is a pré
